NOTICE OF ZONING VARIANCE HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all parties that the Town of Pembroke Park, Broward County, Florida, is conducting a Public Hearing in the Town Commission Chambers of Town Hall, located at 3150 S.W. 52nd Avenue, Pembroke Park, Florida on December 16, 2021, at 2 p.m. to consider a petition requesting a ZONING VARIANCE for a property located at 3804 SW 52 Avenue in Pembroke Park Florida. The Zoning Variance request is to waive the setback requirements of Section 28-75(a)(1) of the Town of Pembroke Park’s Zoning Code.

            The Zoning Variance may be viewed and inspected by the public in the Town Clerk’s Office.   All interested parties may appear at the Zoning Variance Hearing and be heard with respect to the requested Zoning Variance.  All interested parties please take due notice of the time and date of the and govern yourselves accordingly.

            Any person who decides to appeal the decision of the Hearing Examiner with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. 

            ANY PERSON REQUIRING AUXILIARY AIDS AND SERVICES AT THIS VIRTUAL MEETING MAY CALL THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE AT 954.966.4600 AT LEAST 2 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING.
