Our Mission Statement

We are dedicated to be proactive in serving our resident and business community by providing an experienced administration team implementing the Florida Building Code in the Town of Pembroke Park. We do this by providing a positive delivery service and are recognized as a leader in customer service organizations.

Our Building Department has a number of responsibilities. Number one is to ensure that each client receives courteous and quality attention, also to inform them of any new changes in the Florida Building Code. We enforce the Florida Building Code; this helps the Town be safe and more secure. Each contractor must register with the Town, showing proof of their qualifications prior to obtaining a permit for construction. Working together with the contractors and residents insures that all construction is completed according to the plans and guidelines of the Florida Building Code. Other responsibilities include processing permit applications, plan review, issuance of permits, inspections on all phases of construction. We are here to assist you and guide you in building your future.
