Town Planner

The office of Town Planner is dedicated to assisting residents, business owners, property owners, and investors.   The department maintains and updates the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code. All development plans are reviewed to assure conformity with these two guiding documents.

The Town Planner is responsible for:

• Comprehensive Plan
• Zoning Code 
• Site Plan Review
• Plats
• Signage
• Special Exceptions
• Special Permits
• Use Determination Letters 
• Variances
