The Town of Pembroke Park does not permit the display, repair, or storage of anything outside the buildings for any purpose other than temporary parking.

Annual Fire Inspections are required for commercial locations, and billing for inspections performed will be listed on the annual billing statement during the renewal period. If you have any questions about your inspection, call 954-831-8210.

Broward County Office of Economic & Small Business Development

The Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development provides technical support in various forms to businesses and non-profit organizations. This technical support can be through internship / co-op programs between local universities and business needs, and assistance with grants and incentive information. New and existing businesses can inquire about applications for bonds and other financial assistance programs that could help businesses grow, as well as grant information to aid in the implementation or expansion of the business.
