Town Joins with Representative Marie Woodson to Hosts Florida DMV Mobile Unit Event
WHO: Town of Pembroke Park and Florida State Representative Marie Woodson (District 105), in partnership with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV)
WHAT: A Florida DMV Mobile Unit event to assist residents with:
- Change from out-of-state driver licenses to a Florida driver’s license;
- Renewals;
- Duplicates for Lost or Stolen License;
- Address/Name Change;
- ID Cards;
- Reinstatements;
- Emergency Contact Information Registration;
- Vehicle registrations;
- and additional DMV services.
Attendees will have the opportunity to complete required documentation on-site and receive guidance from DMV staff.
WHEN: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Mon., Oct. 20
WHERE: Town of Pembroke Park Town Hall, 3150 SW 52 Ave. (in the Commission Chamber)
HOW: Residents attending the DMV Mobile Unit event should bring the appropriate documentation, including:
- Proof of primary identification (such as a valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, or permanent resident card)
- Proof of Social Security number (such as a Social Security card, W-2, or 1099 form)
- Two proofs of Florida residential address (such as a utility bill, mortgage statement, or voter registration card)
Additional documentation may be required for name changes, non-immigrant status, or other special circumstances.
