Dave Lynch is a graduate of Georgetown University law school in Washington DC. Early in his career he was successful as a prosecuting attorney for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. He was elected the full-time Mayor of the municipality of Euclid, Ohio at the tender age of 30.
His successful municipal management led to him being named the Best Young Mayor in America by the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce. President Clinton then invited him to a productive one-on-one conversation in the oval office. He continued his foray into local government by serving as City Law Director for Westlake, Ohio.
He then segued into the field of city management by serving as City Manager in the Youngstown region of Ohio.
He began his tenure as Town Manager of Pembroke Park in October 2024. He strives to empower our citizens and to help our local businesses thrive. Dave also loves music and serves as the accompanist and soloist at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Miramar.
Dave met his wife Nancy in High School during a school play. He says his greatest achievements are his children.
