Pembroke Park Police Department Officer Dennis Allen Graduates from FDLE Florida Leadership Academy
Pembroke Park, FL — The Pembroke Park Police Department is proud to announce that Lt. Dennis Allen has graduated from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Florida Leadership Academy, Class 61, a prestigious program designed to develop the next generation of criminal justice leaders across the state.
“Lieutenant Allen’s successful completion of this program reflects his commitment to professional growth, leadership excellence, and public service,” said Daniel DeCoursey, Chief of Police for the Pembroke Park Police Department. “The knowledge and skills gained through the FDLE Florida Leadership Academy will benefit not only our department, but the entire Pembroke Park community.”
The Florida Leadership Academy is a highly selective, rigorous program that focuses on strengthening leadership skills for first-line supervisors and emerging leaders in law enforcement. Participants receive advanced training in areas such as ethical leadership, effective communication, organizational management, critical thinking and community-focused policing. Class 61 included a diverse group of criminal justice professionals representing agencies from across Florida.
Graduates of the Florida Leadership Academy are equipped to lead with integrity, accountability, and a collaborative approach to public safety. Dennis Allen’s achievement underscores the Pembroke Park Police Department’s ongoing commitment to investing in training and leadership development to better serve the town’s residents and visitors.
