Code Compliance

Mission Statement

The Code Compliance Department maintains an appropriate standard of living for all residents and business owners to adhere to. As the Town Commission adopts appropriate codes of ordinances under which we all live, it is the Code Officer's responsibility to ensure that those codes are being followed. Commercial, residential, and public facilities must maintain a certain standard of appearance, health, and safety. The Special Magistrate determines whether or not an organization is meeting appropriate criteria and following the laws of the Town. The Special Magistrate determines what action should be taken on a case-by-case basis. It is our goal to maintain a beautiful and well-operated Pembroke Park.
