Mission Statement
The Town of Pembroke Park Clerk’s Office is committed to serving the community as the Town’s Records Custodian and Supervisor of Elections, assisting the public in accessing public documents and information, and providing services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as the Municipal Supervisor of Elections, working in conjunction with the Broward County Department of Elections.
- Acts as the Records Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) for the Town, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Town’s Comprehensive Records Management Program.
- Oversees and manages all lien searches, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Manages and processes all public records requests in compliance with Florida Statutes.
- Accurately advertises all Town public meetings, public hearings, ordinances, public notices, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and any other required legal notices.
- Serves as the Financial Disclosure Coordinator with the State of Florida Commission on Ethics.
- Maintains and records the Annual Financial Disclosures of all elected officials, appointed Advisory Board Members, and appointed Town Directors.
- Maintains custody of all Town vital records, including agreements, minutes, ordinances, and resolutions.
- Coordinates and schedules all Planning & Zoning Board meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Administers the publication of the Town Code.
- Administers the oath of office to elected officials, appointed Advisory Board Members, and staff.
- Records and maintains all annual lobbyist registration filings.
- Responsible for scheduling, preparing, and publishing agendas for:
- Town Commission Meetings (Regular, Special, and Workshops)
- Advisory Board Meetings
- Sunshine Meetings (where two or more elected or appointed officials meet).

Workshop Commission Meetings
Fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM
These meetings are televised in order for all citizens to view them, even if they can not attend the Commission Meeting in person. Should you have any questions pertaining to the meetings, please contact us.
