Amnesty Program

What:
The Town of Pembroke Park Commission adopts a Building Permit Amnesty Program to assist residing property owners of one- and two-family residences, townhomes, mobile homes, and condominium dwelling units legalize unpermitted work without having to pay full building permit penalties or fines.
When:
Eligible residing property owners can apply stating January 01, 2022, but the program will end December 31, 2022
Where:
The Building Division is located at Town Hall Complex, 3150 SW 52nd Avenue, Pembroke Park, FL 33023 with office hours between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. For additional information please visit our website at www.tppfl.gov or call 954-966-4600.
